Don't pass this quality bargain up!

"This interpretation of the Gershwin Rhapsody in Blue would be perfectly acceptable for 3x the price! The soaring clarinet at the beginning is done evenly, without "cracking" halfway up the scale; you have to hear it! It's too bad that the pianist gets no recognition, though, (s)he is splendid.American in Paris is simply delightful!The Lullaby for Strings charmingly and soothingly rounds off this wonderful portrait of one of America's greatest composers.This is a "good" disc in every sense of the word... It's budget-priced, the sound is crystal-clear, it's a steal!"
