"I was very skeptical when I first heard that "Without You" was going to be remixed. It is a classic Freestyle Dance song and I thought that it should not be touched. I was wrong. This CD single offers a remix for every type of dance music fan whether your interest is house, trance, or jungle or hybrids. The difficult part is deciding which remix is the best. George Lamond sings the song again and his voice is as good as ever. The traditional Freestyle Dance music fan has their choice of the Radio Edit, the Old School Mix, or Valentin's Bass Mix (Pump that BASS!). The progressive Freestyle Dance music fan will enjoy the other mixes, especially BK Dano's Raise the Roof Mix (ENERGETIC-best in my opinion), Cibola's Mix (edgy and harder), Roc & Presta's Vocal Mix (beautiful lyrical arrangement at the end), or J.J. Flores' Club Mix (very radio friendly). The J.J.'s Smooth Mix offers something to calm the soul. Nice to fall asleep too. I hope that this is the trend that Freestyle artists, producers, and remixers will follow. Tradition is good, but not at the expense of stagnation."
