Great mid-90s rap album

"Produced by E-40 and B-Legit, this adeptly crafted album does a fine job a depicting both the highs and lows of street life without ever sounding depressed. Standout track "Pimps Up, Those Down" features a super-funky backbeat, and though not entirely non-explicit, one of the rappers makes a statement about how he'd rather be working the microphone and turntables instead of his mojo."
