An Empty Orchestra was completely recorded by lead singer Azaria, including all instrumentation and songs during early 2004. Straight after the recording was complete, Follow fan Lee Ranaldo (Sonic Youth) produced & mixed the album over 20 days at Murray St Studios (home to Sonic Youth) in New York. Unique and unlike any other sound today, An Empty Orchestra has touches of Joy Division, The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Muse & The Sex Pistols.
