2008 archive collection from the Blues great containing tracks from the Jewel-Paula Records vaults. John Lee Hooker needs no introduction and in the autumn days of his career enjoyed great success with his albums The Healer and Mr. Lucky. The other member of the Hooker clan, Earl, was John Lee's cousin, who sadly died back in 1970. He pioneered the use of double neck guitar and was much admired by guitarists like Jimi Hendrix.
