"Had the opportunity to attend a benefit concert with Dr. John and Natalie Merchant. He shared some cuts off this new release and it is a little bit of New Orleans for everyone to share. I have also been blessed to have visited N'awlins three times and cherish the music. This release allows us to hang on to the hope that the city and music will survive.

He is a truly amazing musician."

"There's sumthin mysterious everytime I put on a Dr. John or Prof Longhair CD. Maybe it's because I am a yankee full breed, or maybe I just appreciate the style of music that comes from the Big Easy. This is not one of the good doctor's best releases, nor should it be. This album serves as a signature release of New Orleans tribute. So enjoy I did. Everyone has their style! ALSO, VISIT NEW ORLEANS! You won't be disappointed!"
