"I'm a big jazz fan and have 3 other Donald Harrison albums, but not this one. I've listened to it several times and feel that, like most artists there are some really good tunes and some that are not quite to my taste. I happen to like upbeat, swing, big band styles of jazz instead of the '21st. century elevator music' that passes for 'smooth jazz'. This guy can swing when he wants to, and be mellow when he wants to. If you like upbeat jazz with some New orleans influences, this is a good one to have in your collection.

Another Donald Harrison album I'd recommend is Nouveau Swing': got some good tunes!"
