CD Reviews

There is absolutely NO reason for you to get this!

"There is seriously no reason for you to spend money on this single. Sure, "With Arms Wide Open" is Creed's most successful song to date, but truthfully Creed's best material is on their first album called "My Own Prison". If you don't have that album yet, get it first before even thinking about buying this single. And if you MUST have "With Arms Wide Open", get Creed's album "Human Clay", which includes both the album version (obviously) and the strings version as a hidden track. "Wash Away Those Years", the fourth track on this single, is also included on "Human Clay" for your listening pleasure (and is probably one of the best tracks on that CD, for that matter). To summarize, there are 3 reasons why you should NOT get this CD: a) it is overpriced, b) the song is not one of Creed's best and c) out of the 3 B-Sides, 2 can be found on a regular copy of "Human Clay" and the only remaining one is non-essential. If you are looking for a good Creed single with wonderful B-Sdies, I would recommend checking out Creed's "Higher" tour EP, which includes the non-album track "To Whom It May Concern", a live cover of The Doors' "Roadhouse Blues" and an alternate acoustic version of (in my opinion) the best Creed song ever: "What's This Life For"."
A very touching song by Creed!

"This is a very touching song that if you listened and heard the lyrics properly, it would touch in the very deepest of your hearts. A love of a father for his newborn baby. That's a bond that will never be broken between now and forever. Think about it."
