"Coxhill/Miller Miller/Coxhill has been one of my favorite albums for decades. Lol Coxhill is an excellent, underrated, idiosyncratic English soprano and sopranino player. The tunes here are inventive, melodic, tight and thrilling. My vinyl has been worn out from too much play, and I despaired of ever getting a CD release. The release notes say that they lost the master tape, and that the transfer was done from a digitized LP, with lots of painstaking waveform editing to remove any clicks. Whoever did it did a fantastic job. I can't believe how good this sounds."
