The Underrated Colin England Is A Must Have
retro_styled_crooner | Tustin, CA USA | 09/17/2003
(3 out of 5 stars)

"After his first Motown release tanked in 91, Colin England return a couple years later with appearences on Paula Abdul's Spellbound, and Sheena Easton's What Comes Naturally and finally another Motown release, Out of Control. England follows the same interesting formula which he showed on his debut, but with new producers Ike Lee Ill and Kiyamma Griffin the album is intended more for the charts as to perfecting England's unique style. The album charted two and released three singles; "Come Over Baby," "You Took My Love Away," and "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word." After the so-so success of Out of Control, England appeared on albums of Immature/IMX, Monetell Jordan, Mista, TJ, Elate, and Sassey, never again making another album."
