But although the songs are great, I found the performances - by the city of prague philharmonic - to be quite weak. There is very little emotion conveyed - and the emotion is what makes E.M.'s music so compelling. Even worse, the performance differs from what you remember in the movies - e.g. the good bad and ugly track had no chorus (no grunts); the mission soundtrack sounds like a symphonic rendition without the catholic power. Stick to the original soundtracks."
