"A friend's 3 year old son (who has obviously inherited his mother's excellent taste in music) listened carefully to "You're So Right for Me" from this CD. He then turned to his mom and gave a kid's blatantly honest review by simply stating, "that's so boo-tiful, Mommy!!" And that, is what you can expect from the Choice Four: beautiful harmonies, lyrics, and melodies that the late Van McCoy tastefully produced, which were executed by these talented fellas. This CD includes both uptempo disco era cuts ("Hook It Up" and "The Finger Pointers"), and grab your tissue box / hold-your-baby-close ballads, i.e., "Angel Don't Fly Away", "I Can't Make You Love Me", "When You're Young and In Love", "Can't Get Used to Sleeping Alone", and "You're So Right for Me".The only reason I did not give this collection a 5 star rating was that one of my favorite uptempo cuts by this group, "Is It Love?" was somehow omitted!! Despite this serious oversight, if you appreciate artists that are straight out of the Stylistics/ Softones/ Blue Magic School of "So Boo-tiful" Grooves. . .just make this selection and choose the Choice Four."

"I WAS UNDER AGE WHEN THESE GUYS CAME OUT AND THEY USED TO BE AT THE "CHECKERBOARD LOUNGE" IN BALTIMORE, MD. I HEARD THEIR MUSIC ON A DC STATION AND LIKED IT AND I HAD THEIR FIRST OR ONLY THREE ALBUMS. THESE GUYS WHERE GOOD, I WISH THEY COULD HAVE KEPT GOING. I MET DEBBIE FROM HYATTSVILLE, MD FROM TALKING ABOUT THEM. SHE'S PROBABLY ABOUT 53 YRS OLD AND DEBBIE I CAN'T MAKE YOU LOVE ME SO GIRL I GUESS I BETTER LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE. PEACE EVERYBODY WHO LOVED THE CHOICE 4 AND WATCH OUT FOR THE FINGER POINTERS."
