CD Reviews

Renaissance Man, original, inviting and enjoyable

"I have to be honest here, I have met the artist, Charles Wilson, and work with his sister. She is the one who obtained my first copy of the CD, Renaissance Man. I feel very fortunate. Since then I have purchased two additional CD's for family members. The best way for me to discribe the music is tranquil. I feel at peace every time I listen to it. I put the CD on and end up listening to it over and over, I can't help myself, I like it so much. I don't get bored with it. It somehow combines a classical feel with a "new age" feel and it works beautifully. I am excited for Charles, he has an amazing gift for music and the courage to explore it. I encourage you to purchase this CD. It is well worth the price. I hope you will find this CD as enjoyable as I have. I am looking forward to more music from Charles Wilson. In fact, I am going to put the CD on right now."
I love this!

"This album sounds *great*! This isn't my normal choice in music, (I usually listen to rock, puck, techno, etc.) and I received this disc from a friend who couldn't stop praising it. WOW is it good! VERY mellow and relaxing! It's one of those disc's that you can listen to over and over... and every track is sounds sweet! If you haven't tried this genre of music try it. TRUST ME you will be surprised!"

"Somehow, Charles Wilson has managed to fit many of my feelings into one CD. The listening experience really moves me and when its done, it feels complete. There can be the shallowness of a pop-hiphop beat with the depth of soul inspired melodies. There are moments when I hear softly plucked guitars that feel like a light rain falling on rose pedals. There are moments when I feel like a part of a great contest of the human spirit at the Olympics. Very original. Very soulfull. This album has touched my heart."
