The single, which details Spears' opinion of people's - and the paparazzi's - obsession with her and her life, is catchy and exciting, with an infectious chorus and snappy verses. The song is tinged with retro electronic beats and is a great dancefloor song. One of the best singles from Blackout and one of the best singles of 2007, "Piece of Me" proves that Spears is back professionally, even if her personal life is still turbulent.
