Pat Metheny's Brother

"If You listen to Pat Metheny he is the greatest musican around but watch out because his brother brian hughes is even better. There music is so similar you just have to call them related. Promise You is the true key I would like to see both of these guys on stage together plus Mike Metheny on Trumpet."

"Unbelievably, his first release is considered his greatest accomplishment. His first most memorable song here would be "Over And Over"!That song is very memorable and is very relaxing with a little bit of western influence, but just a little short on the jazz and a spice of fusion."May Dance" is what Brian Hughes is about. That song is so good and it has been described as "Jazz meets folk music"!Now, maybe one of his greatest accomplishments of all time, and my personal favorite song "Deux Cafe" is probably the most memorable songs on this cd, it is his trademark sgnature song and it is very fusion-like.Look, my advice is to get this cd, forget pat metheny, this is Brian Hughes we are talking about, Pat Metheny is 200 years old already, this is the real deal, its time to evolve, forget metheny, just erase it out of your mind, and replace it with fusion guitarist Brian Hughes, and trust me, youll thank me later!!!"
