This EP, their fourth record, collects tunes that didn't make it on its predecessor, 24 Hours a Day. It's a testament to frontman and main songwriter Brian Henneman's talent that the standouts--including "Get Down River," a flood victim's quiet plea; the bluesy blast "If Walls Could Talk"; and "Financing His Romance," the tale of a guy in love with a bar owner's waitress girlfriend--are about as good as anything they've released in the past. --Rickey Wright Similar CDs
