"Bootsy Collins is a Cat that just on His Playing can hang or leave alot of people in the dust.but Him as a Artist especially over the past few years leaves alot too be desired.the Song-writing is ok at best&the all Guests are ok at best.nothing really stands out but there are some tight Grooves here&there but overall Bootsy kinda going through the Motions.the Playing makes it a 3 everything else is a 1&Half too a 2&Half for me overall."
