Synopsis

Album Description
2010 release, the fourth album from the Rap star, better known as Blaze Ya Dead Homie. Blaze has pushed himself to painful measures to give the masses one of the most brutal and innovative Rap albums of our time. With a unique blend of music, produced by Mike E. Clark and Violent J (Insane Clown Posse), and a brand new style that still stays planted in his Detroit roots, the dead man has created an album that contains straight fire. Each release comes with a collectable colored bandana.

CD Reviews

Is "Gang Rags" Blaze's best!?! Blaze+Violent J+Mike E. Clark
sensative psycho | Parker, CO | 06/27/2010
(5 out of 5 stars)

"To sum up Blaze's new record, "Gang Rags" is primarily old-school gangster rap(`I'm Back', `Dub Sack', `Party') lightly seasoned with the wicked s#!t(`Lights Out!', `3 Evil Wizards'). Violent J and Mike E. Clark are a winning production duo in top form with creative beats, and Blaze is still great with his lyrics and delivery. I like how he changes up his vocal styles, especially in `Deadman Walking' and `B&E'.

"Gang Rags" is Blaze in top form...and a Psychopathic classic. Compared to his previous album, it's nice to see the dead man lighten up a bit, and come through with the beats more versatile instead of the one-dimensional sound that was "Clockwork Gray".

5 Stars!"
