"Now this is when Billy Ocean was "Billy Ocean". When he had his stint at Epic/Columbia he displayed a new era of 80's soul, along with Loose Ends, Junior, and Imagination, all who were also from overseas but you could never tell. This album and his second long lost out of print "Inner Feelings" are definite classics. This one was out of print for awhile but there are few copies floating around. If you find "Inner Feelings", which is only on vinyl as far as i know it is a keeper, because soon after is when he signed to Jive/RCA and became more "Commercial" with "Carribean Queen", "Suddenly" etc. Not to say that those songs were not good, and yes they did give him grounbreaking attention. But, his first two albums show us a side that few of us have never seen or heard before. Its a definite listen."
