Bill Evans live is always the best way to listen to his music. This is certainly the most relaxing and fun.

Its quiet music. I like to use headphones for this one.

I also have 'live at Montreax' and 'the Tokyo concert'."

"How else could you describe this collection but "Heavenly"! The music sounds so effortless and airy, yet there's no way anyone but accomplished musicians could play like this. I normally go for the rougher-edged side of jazz, like Monk, Mingus, or Coltrane... trios are often too "smooth" sounding for me. These recordings, however, are so beautiful and nuanced (and well-recorded) that I can't stop listening to them! Evans has a great, angular style which keeps this from ever sounding "easy listening"."
