Nicely packaged and beautiful music

"This is one heck of a deal, for less than $20 you get four CDs each packaged in their own jewel case. Everything here is in DDD, it was recorded in 1999, and the sound quality is excellent. The music here is all choral and taken from Bachs cantatas and other works. There isn't any orchestral accompaniment but there is some background filler such as violin and organ. so, pretty much all the music is made by the human voice. Now, I don't understand what is being sung(what the words mean) and if you don't either you never will, since there is no translation in the notes. It has all the lyrics in the notes though, but of course, there is no English translation. The Choral music on here is very simple and you may get tired of it after a while, so it's best to just take it one CD at a time or it all starts to sound the same. If you don't like Choral music I don't think this will change your mind(and I don't like most choral music) but it is still beautiful and well worth the price."
