The soul of Belorussian folk music

"I was born in Belorussia into a family of classical musicians. My father always kept a collection of traditional Belorussian music that the entire family enjoyed. When we came to USA in 1992 we left the entire collection behind. Years later I delighted to discover Olga Mishula and Kermash. Their arrangement of traditional tunes is skillful, delicate and pleasing even to those who aren't wild about Eastern European music. I strongly recommend this CD."
