This technique works well with soothing music playing in the background while someone reads relaxing words to you. In the delivery room, I only played this CD and it took me to such a relaxed state, that I delivered my daughter with much ease and comfort. It was awesome! My daughter has since lost that CD, and since I WILL NOT deliver another child without it, I'm buying it again and putting it in a safe place for future use!
