I used to browse by classical genre, last posted, using primarily chamber music and keyboard categories. Those categories used to be precise and helprul. The new categories are much too sloppy and not helprul at all. For example at the top of the Chamber Music list tonight is a recording of two Mozart symphonies - that's not chamber music by any definition I know - aside from browsing known composers and performers, I haven't done much successful browsing.

Have you found any of the classical categories useful at all? Please share some hints.

thanks for any thoughts

Lenny

I feel your pain. I have no hints. Sometimes I wonder if the genre sloppiness stems from the database provider having originally been a book site, not a music seller.
