I thought when we posted an album with multiple disks we got one credit for each disk? Now I'm getting a message that I have to ship every disk in the set but that it's only worth one credit. I posted 3 2-disk sets because I wanted the extra credits for them! When did this change?

The only thing I can find in the help files is that if you post each disk separately you'll get credit for each one but if you post as a set you'll only get one credit. But if there is only one UPC for the whole set, what choice do you have?

It's always been a multiple CD shipped = 1 credit.  SACD was talking about enhancements, one being that multiple CD sets would earn multiple credits (same as SADVD) - but I don't believe that this has taken place as of yet.

This is the way it has always been here, though Steve's right, it's changing to one credit per disc sometime in the near future. If you want 2 credits for your sets, you should hold on to them until the site update happens.

Oh, OK. I guess maybe I was confusing it with SwapaDVD, where you do get one credit per disk in the set. Thanks.

You will be earning 1 credit per disc once the new system is implemented.

I've noticed more than a few titles on SaCD where it's actually a double CD set, but the system lists the title as one CD, with 30 some-odd tracks.

I've noticed that too, Nicole. There was even a triple-disc Bach organ set that went unclaimed (probably because no tracks at all were listed).

Just wondering, does anyone know when this site update should happen?

We haven't been given a timeline, Nicole.  Just that tantalizing "soon!"
