Hey all,

I know, I know, I have said this before, but after some soul searching, this time is final.  I am closing my swap cd account and taking anything I don't get rid of here to a used cd store or Goodwill.  My wife and I have commited to de-clutterng our home and getting rid of stuff that is just taking up space.  For me that means my music.  3000+ cds (most posted here), 2800 LP's, 400-500 cassette tapes are all going!  With the ridiculous cost of mailing cds now it is just not worth it anymore.  I sent out 35 cds last month and had several come back "additional postage required" even though all of them were packaged and mailed the same way.  Most arrived without a problem, but the inconsistent USPS just screws everything up.

So make me a deal for anything you might want.  A great opportunity to try something you don't know just to check it out.  If anyone would like to communicate with me about "special deals" not allowed on this site my email is: tennisrep@yahoo.com.

It's been fun!  January 1st its shutting down!  Thanks everyone!

Mitch

HI Mitch,

Sad to see you go, but fully understnad.  I hang with it bc I get 'new' stuff if I get to the head of the 'line' and likewise I have had things returned recently.  I bought postage off the site and since USPS has no way to check on the postage via the UPC code, that stuff always gets through (things with stamps not so often).

I'm sure you have some great LPs and I encourage you to go find a used record store near you.  They are worth at least $1-$3 apiece so you can add that to a donation/college fun/retirement plan for 2018!

My best to you,

Scott (aka Dr. Scott)

Mitch,

I ordered three CDs from your tower.  If you want to throw in the Evenesque as a freebie that would be great or Three Days Grace.  If not that is okay too.

Too bad to see you go, but I understand.  I am in the process of decluttering myself.  Will move out of country in 3 years, but my CDs are going to come with me to Germany.

Have a nice holiday.

Angie

Best wishes to you Mitch!  We both live in Texas, I am in Houston yet I don't think we have ever traded.

2018 will be the year of decluttering for me too!
