How do you give back a credit to someone?

Hey Barb,

If you know there name or nickname you can do a search in the member directory (which is located under the tab above called "Community"). You can then click on their profile and "gift a credit".

Is the member still on your account tab? 

you can click pm, that will set up a message,

click on their name and their account with show up.  

Click on "Give Credits" 

If not on your account tab they might be in your transaction archive.

Their name will be on the right side, click their name and follow above steps.
