I am trying to change the e-mail address and password on my book, CD, and DVD accounts. It worked on the CD page, but not on the others. So I put in first the old address, then the new one, and asked for password help. In both cases, I got a message saying the user account was not found. Now I don't know what to do. Any ideas? Is there a help desk or an actual person I could contact? Thanks, Jeanette |
