I had a CD returned after it was marked lost in the mail. The person still wants it but I was not sure whether to repost and go through the system or not. She says I should send it and then she will mark the original transaction as received on her transaction archive but I do not see any way to print postage that way. What is the correct way to do this? Thanks. Lynne

T he other day I stated I received the cd and could not put it was broken as it was mailed in a greeting card envelope and not a piece of packaging. How can I report this.
