Melanie, I did read through the LONG list of Bazzar do's and don'ts and must have ended up more confused than informed. OK, HOW does one 'exit' this site with trying to pass on inventory to those who would appreciate it AND receive credits that I can then transfer over to a sister site like SawpADVD for using there?!? |

I have received one bid so far and am hoping to have at least a couple more. Thanks |

I am just do not want to deal with the post office any more. I am prepared to ship all the (50+) discs in my Tower to the member who offers me the most credits for what I have. These cds will come with cover art but NO cases. Please message me with your offer. Thanks! Last Edited on: 6/3/12 10:59 AM ET - Total times edited: 3 |

Took some looking - the AT&T album is called Stormy Weather and I see its still on my CD Tower. Thought it already got scooped up - guess its just an odd title or not categoried easily. |

Michelle you may want to check out Peggy Lee and Linda Rondstadt (Round Midnight) too. Chris Isaak is also good. I found an AT&T promotional cd featuring a concert with several ladies doing mostly 'standards'. Stevie Nicks did a smokin' version of At Last! Wish she would sing more like that. Renee Olstead has only one album that I know of and would love to hear more from her. Sting has a few in this line, but you have to dig thru all his other stuff to find it. |

Michelle, I am happy to have your find a new-to-you artist. This is exactly what I hope to accomplish with this thread. Maybe Forums activity will pick up if we find ways to make it work for us better. Katcha |

This thread is dedicated to djtal (Daniel) for his mention of this sub genre of Jazz in another topic thread. I personally agree with what he said there - lots of lovely mellow listening to be had, not 'watered down' or elevator at all ;-) Norah Jones and Dinah Krall pop into my mind first. Peggy Lee is a classic and Renee Olstead has impressed me but hasn't done lots yet either. Who do you like? |

I enjoy Dinah Krall, Norah Jones and even Renee Olstead. Any others like these that I should give a listen to? Ella Fitzgerald when in her mellow songs are lovely, but I am so NOT a fan of scat singing! |

I so appreciate Robin's question - What kind of blues? Am going to start another topic thread to get the ball rolling so I and others can get even better feedback.
