    Group Bio

Phil Pirrone (bass, vocals, guitar, programming) and Nate Lindeman (guitar, vocals, programming) are Casket Salesmen: a progressive outfit citing Pink Floyd, Foo Fighters, King Crimson, Cake, and My Morning Jacket among their many influences, and meshing hard rock, alternative, electronic, and other odd sounds into an eclectic, unpredictable style all their own. The guys formed the band after leaving their screamo/rock outfit A Static Lullaby in early 2006. Further enhanced with diverse, complex, and thought-provoking lyrics to boot, their songs are collected in the Dr. Jesus EP and Sleeping Giants full-length (both 2006), which the duo has occasionally performed live with the help of bassist J.J. Gumiran, drummer Ryan Knights, and keyboardist/percussionist/programmer Anthony Alagna (who are also parallel members of Auditory Aphasia and Mythmaker). ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
