    Group Bio

The Bolshoi was a rock group from Leeds, England, featuring Trevor Tanner (vocals, guitar), Paul Clark (keyboards), Nick Chown (bass), and Jan Kalicki (drums). Their debut EP, the six-song Giants (1985), was followed by their first full-length album, Friends (1986), and then Lindy's Party (1987), which briefly made the U.K. charts. The band broke up soon after. ~ William Ruhlmann, All Music Guide
