While Biggest Hits contains nothing from Sheppard's remarkable 1979-1983 string of 11 number one hits, it does feature the high points from his late-'80s comeback on Columbia, including the chart-topping "Strong Heart" as well as "Half Past Forever (Till I'm Blue in the Heart)," "You're My First Lady" and "One for the Money," all three of which peaked at number two. ~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide
