Album Review
These may not be Johnny Cash's 18 greatest, but all of these tunes are great. Licensed from Sun Records, these are Cash's earliest recorded tunes, and they all smoke. There are killer versions of "Folsom Prison Blues," "Big River," "I Walk the Line," "Ballad of a Teenage Queen," and a slew of others with the original Tennessee Two. Other tunes are worth checking out, too, such as "The Ways of a Woman in Love," "Guess Things Happen That Way," and of course "Cry, Cry, Cry." ~ Thom Jurek, All Music Guide
