Album Review

Most of the songs found on All That Could Have Been are similar to the album versions found on The Fragile, with rougher vocals and crowd noise to change things up. The few songs from Pretty Hate Machine ("Terrible Lie," "Sin," and "Head Like a Hole") get the best treatment, changed around to include better guitar work and more experimental samples that compliment the songs nicely. Nine Inch Nails are a powerful live force, and fans of Trent Reznor may enjoy this live album very much. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
