Country Love features a number of popular country artists performing some of their better-known ballads. There's no shortage of highlights here, for sure. Some of the more noteworthy moments include Kenny Rogers & the First Edition's "But You Know I Love You," Patsy Cline's "True Love," Johnny Cash's "I Love You Love You," and Loretta Lynn's "Faded Love." While it's indeed nice to see such a broad selection of performers featured here -- from old-timers like Cash and Brenda Lee to turn-of-the-century country-pop stars like Billy Ray Cyrus -- this variety ultimately undermines this collection's flow. You'll quickly find yourself looking for the fast forward after a few listens.
