Cuts like "Wake" and "Nepesh" offer up a full-throttle guitar attack as vocalist Mike Tubbs screams himself to oblivion. On the more melodic side tunes like "Song X" and "Closure" wander into alternative territory, echoing the cry of bands like Staind and Puddle of Mudd.
