Album Review
This is one of those words and music documentaries where there's plenty of talking and very little music in comparison. Bandmembers -- minor ones -- and a narrator tell the story of Deep Purple exhaustively while highlighting their hits like "Hush," "Highway Star," "Smoke on the Water," etc. Only hardcore Deep Purple-o-philes need concern themselves with this, and even that is debatable. ~ Thom Jurek, All Music Guide
