Album Review

The first installment in Jasmine's two-disc Hank Williams collection -- His Greatest Hits, Vol. 1: Honky Tonkin' -- features 25 of the lonesome-throated dustbowl messiah's more rollicking numbers, such as "Move It on Over," "I Can't Get You Off of My Mind," and "Lost Highway." There's not a bad track to be found here, but Williams compilations are in no way an endangered species, so take a look around and compare fruits before you end up taking a bite. ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide
