Album Review
The Plan is a 12-track collection of demos, all of them recorded before the Tubeway Army's 1978 debut album. They're definitely on the experimental side and best for fans only, though the rudimentary Numan/ Tubeway Army sound is gradually fleshed out. ~ Keith Farley, All Music Guide
