Album Review

CEMA Special Markets' Bad, Bad Leroy Brown & Other Favorites is a pretty good budget-priced, ten-track collection containing some of Jim Croce's very best and most popular songs. "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown," "Operator (That's Not the Way It Feels)," "Time in a Bottle," "I'll Have to Say I Love You in a Song," "Photographs and Memories," and "Roller Derby Queen" are all on this disc, which is enough to make it a great bargain. To be definitive, it would have needed "I Got a Name" and "Working at the Car Wash Blues," but considering what's here, it's certainly worth its low price. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
