Album Review
This budget disc, the first of two, reissues a mixture of material, much of it from Lena Horne's sojourns on United Artists and 20th Century-Fox Records in the mid '60s, as well as her 1972 Stanyan Records LP, Stormy Weather. Typically, she performs such signature material as "Stormy Weather" and "The Lady Is a Tramp," as well as standards like "Just One of Those Things" and "Lost in the Stars." This is a miscellaneous way to hear some of her minor recorded work, but it doesn't cost much. ~ William Ruhlmann, All Music Guide
