Review

This excellent pairing of two EPs originally released in the '50s showcases both Seeger's musicological interests and his good humor. Darling Corey features traditional tunes, while Goofing-Off Suite is a more eclectic mix of old and new, with the wonderful "Chorale from Beethoven's Symphony No. 9" for banjo and whistler. ~ Tim Sheridan, All Music Guide
