Album Review
This "two-fer" from Sony includes David Bowie's techno and jungle-heavy 1997 album Earthling and laid-back 1999 follow-up, Hours.... Both records failed to generate much interest outside of loyal fans, but they did produce a few great singles, including "Little Wonder," "I'm Afraid of Americans," and "Tuesday's Child." ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide
