Album Of the year!!! MIND CANDY!

"When I first heard about the Ze Malibu Project I asumed it was some lame side project by another defunt post punk rock group.
I am a HUGE fan of Redd Kross and do remember the McDonad's TATOR TOT outings and found them taxing at best. Later to my relief I read that they only did the Tater Totz records to bail out friend Pat Fear who was tangled up in some Lewd Conduct court battles.
"Sound it Out" Is everything I want and need from a rock n roll record right now. Soft and sweet wild and wonderful mystical magical Genius Satanic Confussing HARD and HEAVY Catchy Deep Shallow Loud Interesting Beyong amazing.
To my surprise "Sound it Out" is the best collection of songs by the McDonalds since Neurotica!"
AMAZING.

"A record that was made for fun, for art, for love of music ... the reason people *should* make art and music ...Catchy yet complicated - decievingly simple sounding but more addictive than anything on the radio or television ...The McDonalds and their extended family doing what they do best ... making great pop songs that make you smile, make you think, mend a broken heart, celebrate a new love and make you want to drive with the windows down and the sun shining.Thank you!"
