Album Description

Live Selections from the 2005 Winter, Spring and Summer Tours with BONUS DVD. The accompanying DVD, Yonder Mountain String Band: The Europe Bootlegs is a collection of video footage from Yonder's European Tour in the summer of 2003. Jack Chester, a photo journalist and long time friend of the band traveled with YMSB and filmed their maiden European Tour experiences, Fron the individual interviews to the concert and radio performances, this never before seen documentary lets the viewers into the mind of Yonder Mountain String Band.

"This album is great with some rare songs, but if you are a new fan, stear clear of this one. having been at the morrison show at red rocks from which the first two tracks were recorded, I can assure that you will get your moneys worth with Girlfriend is Better and the classic Another Day, both high intensity versions that are just killer!! However, the rest of the album IMO does not flow well at all, and the song selection could have been better. the number of songs on here is why i am giving it 4 stars. the recording quality is excellent. Yonder's other mountain tracks far exceed this one; new fans should start with mountain tracks 1 or 2 or the studio albums elevation and town by town. If you are already a big fan of Yonder than this cd is already in your collection."

"These guys never cease to amaze me, they have one of the freshest sounds I have heard in a long time. This is a really great live performance CD showcasing all four members talents, I never get tired of listening to them and this is going to a favorite for a long time coming"
