CD Reviews

Aww you people annoy me!

(5 out of 5 stars)

"It irritates me when people compare this band to others...let me tell you now...this hasn't been done before!

There are absolutely no comparisons to any other rock band that has been or is present...they simply fit into their own slot and do it so well.

I think that the "sparseness" and absence of bass only shows just how good this band are for them to create such a massive, powerful sound.

I think the lyrics will appear badly to people because you just haven't opened your minds enough, or don't like poetic lyrics that actually make you think and put your own take on them.

The fact that Maps and Miles Away are on the same cd show that they're not boring or samey...only that they can do sensitive, reflecting music and all out smash the place up stomps...and very well at that!

Fair enough...people feel that Maps is a mis-representation of what the YYY's are about...i disagree though."
The best cd single to come across...

"okay if you attempt to buy the import version is will be up to 21 $ + shipping but hey the domestic is availible!! plus costs less and same tracks, don't know why you people would be extra money if the import does not have any extra stuff on it (it's just a slim case instead of a regular one) besides maps is a key song in these though countdown does wheredown, then there is the new recording of MILES AWAY which is great!!!"
