Woodgrain is an electronic, instrumental, borderline-metal rock band from Austin. This debut album captures their essence with quick punchy drums, solid bass, and swirling keyboard harmonies. All keys are played through guitar amps, which were dialed in and set by producer Mark Duetrom of The Melvins. The album was recorded onto 2" tape at the legendary Sweatbox Studio in Austin. This music is motivating, stirring something inside listeners and making them create something original and awesome of their own.
