Thank God for The Winans!

"The question is... should you buy this CD? The answer is YES!

I have loved the Winans from the first time I heard them back in the early 80s. It is such a blessing to have a CD like this full of some of their best songs which give praise to the Lord and are a great witness. I had actually forgotten many of the song titles but was prompted to get this because I wanted a CD version of their song "Tomorrow", one of the greatest witness songs ever written in my opinion. Well, I got it and so much more! After hearing certain notes, the songs came back to me & I was so glad. I had missed those songs over the years and they uplifted me immediately.

The Winans were the precurser to the contemporary gospel music of today but still highlighted their traditional roots. If you like gospel music or even r&b with a purpose, I don't see how you could possibly not like this CD. You'll play it over and over and it will minister to you. Songs like "The Question Is", "Uphold Me", "Restoration" & "Ain't No Need to Worry" (w/ Anita Baker) are some of my most favorites. But, honestly, I love all the songs on this CD. So, get your praise on for real and get this CD! I very highly recommend it."
