CD ReviewsGlorious experience! 02/15/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "This has just become my favorite CD of all time, of all the ones I've heard, including the ones in an extensive collection of music. Each piece eloquently captures the essence and spirit of each of the animals represented. Very touching. What a powerful tribute to our furry and feathered friends (as well as to all of the other ones in the sea, etc.). The first time I listened to it, was a very emotional experience as it is very touching, yet uplifting. Also, very relaxing. Your cares and concerns just seem to melt away as these songs play. I recommend closing your eyes and listening to the songs through headphones while picturing each of the animals and their lives. The Cow Song and the Calf Song are especially beautiful, moving pieces. The poem entitled "Remembering The Vision", written by Mr. Tuttle and appearing on the inside of the jacket, left me wiping away tears and speechless, as I was listening to the music. A very, very powerful poem and a loving tribute to our animal friends everywhere. Thank you, Mr. Tuttle, for the love that shines through the music on this CD, and for your commitment to a better world for ALL the beings who share our planet and our journey while here. Overall, I highly recommend this CD, whether you are a vegan or a wannabe, as it will take you to a different place and time, to a higher plane of life, awareness and love. I would give this CD TEN stars if that were an option so I will settle for the maximum of five, golden stars.
